KBS Dance-a-thon Fundraiser (IMPORTANT)!!!
Just wanted to update everyone on the schedule for this Saturday for our BIG day “Hit the Floor with KBS DANCE”
REGULAR CLASSES are as scheduled from 9:30-12:30pm
We suggest that those students attending regular classes and then participating in the dance-a-thon pack a lunch to have before the dance-a-thon begins! We will ensure that the students will get a chance to eat before the dance-a-thon begins!
CAR WASH – 10:00am -12:00pm -- $5.00
The car wash – Weather permitting, will take place at the back of the building behind the studio.
DANCE-A-THON – 1:00pm-5:00pm
For those students who are participating – parents do not need to stay during this time although are welcome to hang around.
Don’t forget to submit your pledge sheets and the money who have raised before or on Saturday!
PLEASE ARRIVE by 12:30pm to receive your dance-a-thon number before we begin!
BBQ and FACEPAINTING – 5:00pm-7:00pm
ALL students, parents, families, and friends are welcome!
The BBQ will be outdoors and indoors.
Please think of the BBQ as an open house to see the studio and spend some time with the students and staff members!
FACE PAINTING - $2.00
BBQ prices:
$2.00 hot dogs
$1.00 drinks
$1.00 chips
COMBO - $5.00 (includes a Hot dog, a drink, chips, and another special tasty treat!)
*any other food contributions are welcome – your dancers will have worked up a sweat! Any food donations for additional snacks would be greatly appreciated (think maybe veggies and fruit!)
SLEEPOVER & MOVIE NIGHT – 7:00pm – 9:00am (no later than 9:00am the following morning please!)
For those students who have submitted their permission forms to the office!
Please be sure to bring, an air mattress, sleeping bag or blankets, a pillow, your PJ’s, a toothbrush – and anything else you may need to stay comfy and cozy overnight with us!
Popcorn will be provided during the movie.
Breakfast the following morning will NOT be provided.
Please pack any sort of snacks you think is suitable and needed for your dancers!
